SHIPPING POLICY Our standard shipping charges are based on two simple rates: Shipping is FREE for all orders over $125.00 and is $6.95 for anything under all orders that qualify for standard shipping will be shipped UPS Ground. Notyourmamasoptics.com also offers UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3rd Day Delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders do not qualify for free shipping. DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME: Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm PST.
ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK: You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment. POINT OF OWNERSHIP: All items are FOB shipping. This means that the ownership and risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: We ship anywhere that UPS ships. However many of the items we sell are restricted due to export laws. Restricted items show their restriction at the bottom of their product description above the add to cart button.

Shipping Status Types Shipped - This means your item has shipped and you should have received a tracking number Pending - You have not yet paid for your order and need to before we will ship it. Confirmed - Your transaction was successful and our warehouse is working on shipping your order. APO Pending Shipment - Your transaction was successful and your order is being sent to our main office so that they can do the paperwork for customs and then ship your item to you via USPS. This can take up to a week.
Canada Pending Shipment - Your transaction was successful and your order is being sent to our main office so that they can do the paperwork for customs and then ship your item to you via UPS. This can take up to a week.
